How to Apply
Each Volunteers of America Apartment Community has its own leasing office and its own application process. Please contact each property directly if you or someone you know is interested in applying for an apartment in one of our communities. The property staff can answer your questions regarding apartment availability, rent, income requirements or restrictions and how to obtain an application to apply for housing.

Veterans Transitional Housing
Maple Court Veterans Transitional Housing Program provides a temporary place to call home while a veteran is collaborating with community resources, stabilizing income sources and connecting to health services at the VA. A veteran staying a Maple Court works with a VOA case manager to secure housing and the means to sustain independent living.
